Hello! My name is Brandon, and I solve problems in processes. Over the past few years, I’ve worked in a variety of industries, getting a ground-level view of how a business is run. One consistent factor has been a lack of vertical communication. “Corporate” hands down decisions without talking with the people who will be living with the decisions. The solution is quite simple, but only once the problem is recognized. To the best of my knowledge, my bosses and their bosses weren’t trying to be aloof or rude – they were simply unaware of a better perspective on their process. I can provide that perspective and identify problems and provide solutions, and that’s what I look forward to doing in the companies I work for in the future.
